CommunityContent will install and host your content. The rates below are for nearly unlimited storage and bandwidth.* No adult content.
WordPress: $70 a year.
Phpgedview: $25 a month.
SimpleMachines (SMF)/Phpbb forums: $20 a month.
Phpmotion: $50 a month.
Social Networking: $25 a month.
We will host a whole lot of content so if what you’re interested in isn’t listed, let us know and we’ll quote you.

WordPress: Free open source blogging software. They also offer free wordpress blog hosting on their own sites- with limits, of course.

*No one can really offer unlimited storage and bandwidth. We set a reasonable cap between 1-5 gb in storage and 10-30gb in bandwidth and then increase them upon request. If such time that we cannot increase them without asking for more money we will let you know and we hope you will understand why we’d have to ask. But few people really neeed more than this.
